This number indicates the user’s current total feedback rating. You can view any user’s feedback profile by clicking on the number in parentheses. A user’s feedback rating number changes whenever a new feedback comment has been left about that user. This number may increase or decrease based on what type of comment has been left. A positive comment will increase this number by 1 point. A neutral comment will not change this number. A negative comment will decrease this number by 1 point.
