What does the number and the symbols next to a persons name mean and what is feedback?
A number next to a person’s username is the feedback rating. Every 3rdChannel.com Member has a feedback rating. How do we figure out the rating? All neutral comments do not change the Feedback Rating Number. Positive feedback is worth one point. Negative feedback is minus one point. 3rdChannel.com also uses symbols for easy recognition of member ratings. A thumbs up means that a person has a positive rating. A thumbs down means that a person has a negative rating. Ratings allow the member to know a little more about the person who he/she is doing business with.
