The new law says that you must also get a Residential Statement (PDF 511.6 KB) when you move into your house and that the information in the residential statement be easy to understand. About the duties and rights of the residential service and you (PDF 1.1 MB) talks about what the rights and responsibilities are for residents and the residential service provider. About moving from your house (PDF 1.4 MB) tells you what what happens if you have to leave your house. The residential notices have been made into an easyread format.
