The Project would permanently guarantee public access, sustainable forestry, and wildlife habitat protection on about 400,000 acres. This total comprises the 363,000-acre Moosehead Region Conservation Easement, the 15,000 acre Moose River Reserve, and the 29,500-acre Roach Ponds Parcel.
