The monthly lease payment offers you full use of our facilities. Our 33,000 square foot clubhouse offers an elegantly appointed book-filled library with a computer center and elaborate billiards room with eight tables. It houses a workout room featuring top-of-the-line cardio and circuit training equipment. It also offers a craft room, card rooms, a relaxing movie theatre and a 6,200 square foot ballroom that is perfect for concerts, dances and parties. Outdoors you can enjoy our 3,000 square foot ocean-entry heated pool, two spas, tennis courts, bocce ball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, putting green and an amphitheater. We are a gated community in Arizona with local owners and management. For comparable properties, our monthly lease payment is the lowest in the Valley.
