What does the Maths Worksheet file number mean?
The file numbers help to index and order the Maths Worksheets. The ‘M’ stands for ‘Maths’. The first number indicates the category and the second number indicates the subject area within the category. For example, M.1.3 means it is a Maths worksheet concerning Number (1) on the subject of Subtraction (3). The third number shows the topic within the subject, the fourth number the skill and the final number is the unique sheet number. For example, M.1.3.2.20.300 means Maths – Number(1) – Subtraction(3) – Decomposition/Trading(2) – Subtract a two digit number from a two digit number(20) – sheet 300.
