What does the Marine & Coastal Access Bill have to do with dog walkers?
For dog-owners there is an opportunity to protect and enhance access to the coastline and beaches for themselves and their dogs. This is now more important than ever since the introduction of dog control orders under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 which are already reducing the number of places were dogs may be walked.
