What does the management plan column mean on my CoI module record?
For any employee who has submitted a Outside Activity or Executive CoI disclosure for review, the approver has the option to indicate that a management plan is required. If so, there will be a “Y” in the management plan column for that topic. For Outside Activities disclosure forms, the approver is the employee’s supervisor. For Executive disclosures, the approver is the OHSU Integrity Office.
