What does the machine operator have to do to Log individual truckload data?
Operate the machine and MicroLoad the same as they did before. Once a data cartridge is inserted MicroLoad automatically logs the: • Date and time the machine was powered ON • Date and time the load was delivered to the truck • Truck name and code number selected • Total weight of material loaded • Weight of the last load delivered • Number of lifts the machine made to complete the load • Date and time the machine was powered OFF **If more than one truck is being logged, the operator simply selects that truck before loading by pressing the key, the truck code numbers and key. ** Product or truck names are quick and easy to enter by using the MicroLoad alpha numeric keypad on the display unit in the cab. What data can be captured? The processor board supplied with the data logger comes with one default product called Basic Product 00. If no other product names are added all loads will be added to the Basic Product long total. The MicroLoad operator can add up to 98 other product names.
