What does the liability insurance coverage include?
Coverage is provided for allegations of bodily injury to individuals you are working with as a result of YOUR negligence up to a limit of $1,000,000 primary / $2,000,000 excess, total of $3,000,000 per occurrence. The insurance company will defend you until such time as it is determined either no coverage exists, or until the matter is resolved. The defense costs are in addition to the limit of liability.
