What does the Legal Separation Ridersm do?
The Legal Separation Ridersm provides for a payment of 50% of the face value of your policy upon a presentation of a legally filed separation agreement between you and your spouse after the maturity date of the policy. The remaining 50% is paid out after your divorce is finalized (if it occurs) as long as the policy remains in force and in good standing.
