What does the last column called accept flash price multiplier in the Ad format pricing structure box do?
If the “accept flash multiplier” box is checked, you’ll be able to receive ads that include flash files. If an advertiser submits a flash ad, your normal price for the size and duration will be multiplied by the price multiplier to calculate the final cost of the ad.
