What does the lack of spiritual leadership produce?
Lack of spiritual leadership does not "produce" anything. There are many good people who have no spiritual guidance whatsoever. Being spiritual does not necessarily equate to being a good leader. There are many reports daily of Catholic priests who are abusing children. These "men of God" are spiritual leaders yet they are not Godly at all. There are atheists who would never consider this behavior.
Good people come from their upbringing, whether it involves education, spirituality, or just good parents who gave a good example. Spirituality is a crutch, and sometimes it is a curtain. Some believe that without spirituality they would not be where they are today. Some use their spirituality to take advantage of those who are pining for something more in their lives.
