What does the ISL provide for CAs customers?
When most people speak about the Lab, they tend to mention team’s role in the detection and resolution of product and performance issues. For example, the Lab assisted the development teams with the detection and resolution of more than 250 issues related to the R11 Beta 3 cycle. Although this is definitely one of the most important aspects of the services provided by the Lab, we feel that this is just the first and most basic level of service that should be expected and provided. The Lab Team, in cooperation with the Systems Engineering, SWAT, and other teams, provides additional services to customers in order to ensure that they are able to obtain the maximum possible return on their investment. These services include the development of best practices and architectures for large scale deployments; and the creation of guidelines for achieving the best performance with our solutions.
