What does the Information Technology department do?
The Information Technology department has a wide variety of duties that involve all aspects of technology for the City of Temple Terrace. IT staff members perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of all City PCs, networks and associated computer equipment. We resolve any computer hardware or software problems that our City employees may have. We also ensure that all City computer networks are working efficiently – especially all aspects of technology related to 911, police records and the computer aided dispatch of Police and Fire.
