What does the information in the Phone Details column mean?
The default Phones page displays all phones on an account that are able to receive a template. Click on the “Display All Phones” link, to display all the phones on the selected account. The Phone Details column gives specific information about whether or not a phone is ready to accept a template or if additional user intervention is required.
