What does the ICN technician do?
The technician will bring, install and configure the 1-Meg Modem, the Ethernet card, the phone filters and ICN’s 1-Meg HighSpeed software. Once the installation has been completed, the technician will perform tests to ensure connectivity to the Internet. Note: you must have your Windows 98 or Macintosh system CD-ROMS, as these may be required to complete the installation.
