What Does the IAEA Actually Report?
A perusal of the IAEA, published on the GlobalSecurity.org Web site, finds the IAEA report did not make this statement. Rather, as a matter of record, the IAEA report quotes word for word a Syrian letter which included this statement. Thus, paragraph 8 of the report’s “Chronology of Events” states: 8.
