The fee covers exterior home maintenance, including roof, siding, gutters and landscaping, street and grounds maintenance, and all of the amenities listed above. We also provide 24-hour emergency response.

This covers the cost for the management company – including the salary for the manager, manager’s assistant, activity director, two part time people that will help the manager and activity director, and for service contracts on landscaping, pool, security, elevator, and any others.
