What does the home inspection process involve?
The inspection is a visual examination and evaluation of the home’s exterior, grounds, roof, electrical system, plumbing system, mechanical systems, interior and the structure. We will remove the electrical panel’s cover, we will enter the crawl space and attic (if it is accessible). We will walk the roof unless it is unsafe or a tile type roof.
