On the Filtrete (TM) Thermostat from 3Ms with a digital display a half full battery icon will be displayed when the batteries get low. If you see a half full battery icon please change the batteries on your thermostat with a new set of alkaline batteries they will be ether a pair of AA or AAA batteries depending on the thermostat model.
