What does the Guernsey Citizens Advice Bureau do for people of the Bailiwick?
The Citizens Advice Bureau is available to everyone, regardless of income or status. We deal with about 9,000 enquires annually: the equivalent of one in six of the population each year. We can help with relationship, employment, housing or consumer problems, or anything else which clients may be concerned about. There is a wealth of information available on local and UK matters. The Bureau is open for advice each weekday for telephone enquiries and visitors, no appointments are needed. There is also a debt counselling service available by appointment only.
