What does the flashing LED mean seen on top of the P3 logger?

In normal operation the LED will flash once every 5secs. If the logger is in ‘No leak’ mode the Led will flash green. If the logger is in ’leak’ mode the LED will flash red. The logger will transmit the same time the LED flashes, so if the transmission rate is set to every 15secs then the logger transmits every 3 rd LED flash.
