What does the fitness and weight loss bootcamp consist of?
Participants meet every day for up to six hours of physical training, in the morning it is hiking, power walking, functional training and core workouts – unlike military style boot camps the afternoon exercise programme consists of different exercise routines such as kayaking, kick boxing, surfing and mountain biking – these activities are also designed around losing weight. In addition to the training there will be nutritionist and chef in attendance for 1-2-1 consultations (1-2-1 consultations are an additional cost), short cookery classes and preparation of all meals. The training consists of exercises that are designed to make you stronger and healthier. We cover power walking, jogging, interval training, press ups, squats, lunges, crunches, stretching, boxing and just about anything that will keep you motivated and get results while having fun and it is very much like personal fitness training.
