What does the ETS® PPI measure?
Graduate and professional schools have told us that personal attributes, like resilience and teamwork, are just as important for success as mastery of the discipline. The ETS PPI provides reliable information on six personal attributes that graduate faculty and deans have told us are critical to success in graduate and professional school: • Knowledge and Creativity • Communication Skills • Teamwork • Resilience • Planning and Organization • Ethics and Integrity As an evaluator, you have the opportunity to rate your applicant on these dimensions by responding to 24 statements (four for each of the six dimensions), and providing an overall evaluation rating.
