What does the Ethics Administrator do with the information it receives from the general public and other ARDA Members regarding the potentially unethical conduct of its members?
ARDA cannot mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise resolve individual disputes between a consumer and an ARDA member, or between ARDA Members. Therefore, once we receive information regarding a potential violation of the Code we will make every effort to send it to the ARDA Member Company for its consideration and resolution. It is then up to you and the ARDA Member company to resolve any potential dispute. The ARDA Ethics Administrator is responsible for collecting information from different sources, including information submitted by consumers and other ARDA Members, to determine if an ARDA Member exhibits a pattern or practice of business conduct that shows a violation(s) of the Code. If such a pattern or practice exists, and d
