What does the Ethics Administrator do with complaints from the general public and other ARDA Members?
ARDA cannot mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise resolve individual disputes between a consumer and an ARDA member, or between ARDA Members. Therefore, once we receive information regarding a potential violation of the Code we will send it to the ARDA Member Company for its consideration and resolution. It is then up to you and the ARDA Member company to resolve any potential dispute.
