What does the Escalation option mean?

Escalation is a patent pending process offered exclusively by ChurchMailer. By using this option you will greatly enhance your ability to get your message to each intended recipient. Escalation is a process by which a direct mail piece is sent to those contacts whose electronic addresses (email or fax) are valid but undeliverable for a number of reasons. When ChurchMailer receives an undeliverable bounce-back on email or fax, we will offer you the option of sending a direct mail piece to that same recipient. We will credit you for your undeliverable message and charge you only for the direct mail message.
