On all Windows 98/ME platforms, the “Initial Environment Space” must be set to “4096” before starting Pro/ENGINEER 2001 Student Edition. Normally, this should happen automatically, however, right clicking on the Student Edition shortcut and selecting Properties can set this. Within the Memory tab, increase the Initial Environment Space to 4096. Select Apply.
