The error message “Message 4xxxx is not present” in the RunTime log means that a customer hung up, when hearing the Mailbox Greeting. In other words, the customer was so quick that even the recording was not started. This is similar to “Message too short (xxxx), will not be saved”, where the customer hung up a little slower.
