What does the error message “First face may not represent a hole. The face is discarded” mean?
Since VISUM 9.4 you can insert polygons with several faces. Thereby the orientation of the polygon specifies whether it is a surface or a hole: clockwise = hole, counter-clockwise = surface. When surfaces are digitalized, the red arrow and blue-shaded surface define the orientation of the element. The first element always has to be a surface.
