What does the Eagles Landing Association do ?
It maintains the comon areas of the sub-association such as the Park and other outlots. It arranges for trash collection, snow removal, arranges for repairs, works closely with the Property Management Company, controls the budget and negotiates prices. It enforces the Covenants, makes sure that the home owners adhere to the architectural guidelines for home / ground improvement and repair.
