The Disk Quota Manager periodically scans the disk quota usage for all users on the HOBBIT system and then sends out an email message to those that are getting close to exceeding their disk quota allocation. You only get one email message as your disk quota goes over 90% of your allocation. If you receive a message from the Disk Quota Manager (quotaman@marshall.edu) you should examine the email messages and other files you may have on the HOBBIT system and delete any that you no longer need.
