After initial contact from customer to Piccante, an obligation-free consultation process commences. The purpose of this is to reach an understanding of what is required from each party in terms of design, content and delivery. A consultation at this early stage is essential for the ultimate success of the design and satisfaction of the customer. Once we understand exactly what you want from your website and what you want it to look like, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to undertake the draft design process. Once the draft is completed we will again consult to make sure it is everything you wanted (and hoped) it would be. Fine-tuning is carried out and when you are satisfied with the outcome the remaining pages are constructed.
