What does the delivery slip look like?
The delivery slip contains information about: Proper container use: Customers are not allowed to overload the container by weight or by volume, the container should not be loaded over the top level. Prohibited waste: No prohibited materials should be placed in the container; any acidic, flammable, liquid, hazardous or toxic. Damages: Pellitteri Waste System’s is not responsible for damage to pavement, lawn, or surface of any route reasonably necessary to perform the service, as the customer warrants that surfaces are sufficient to bear the weight of our equipment. Rental fees: $10.00 per day are assessed on containers that are not dumped within the allotted time. Extra charges: Additional diesel fuel charges may apply along with overweight fees. Payment: Customer agrees to pay all charges within 30 days of invoice if they have an established credit account.
