A37: The “decoder out” option supports viewing video as the PRV-LX1 encodes/records the title. The video is delayed by :04 from the source video while the signal is encoded then decoded. Unlike the “Composite Video Out” option, video can be viewed from all of the recorder’s outputs. This option requires a multiple input monitor or two monitors in order to view the video source and the encoded video.
