What does the Declaration of Independence Say?
You may not be able to remember the last time you read the Declaration of Independence but I bet you remember certain phrases like We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights or maybe that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. So the Declaration of Independence says a lot about our naturally given human rights and the rights of the people to preserve those rights.
