What does the credentialing process entail?
Home care companies known for their quality are identified to be part of the CSI Network. Each entity will complete an extensive credentialing document which was designed to meet NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) guidelines. The information provided is reviewed by our credentialing committee for the home care organization’s ability to meet our standards and ability to achieve excellence in care. All credentialing information is updated and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Does CSI Network Services monitor patient progress?
