What does the coordination fee include?
We help you with the planning of the wedding from the beginning, i.e.: the selection of date, confirming the judge and/or Officiant are available as well as the location. We help you with the choice of flowers, music, and photography that is best suited to your wedding, as well as the video, food, beverage and wedding cake. We secure only professional and reliable vendors for the options you chose. We arrange the necessary documents, copy the visas and gather the paperwork from you. We translate the documents from English to Spanish and take the documentation to him. We assure that the appropriate personnel at the location you have chosen for your wedding ceremony and/or reception receives each and every one of your requests, and we ensure these are implemented. Depending on the size of the wedding we may arrive at the location several hours prior to the ceremony to once again make certain everything is as instructed.
