The EC Committee (or management committee) is a group of volunteer employee representatives elected by voting members of the EC, to promote employee interests across the Suncorp Group. Both Total Employment Cost (“TEC”) / Packaged staff and Agreement Arrangement (“AA”) / Award staff are represented on the EC.
