What does the Committee Chairman do?
Makes sure that there are chairpersons and members for ALL pack committees (i.e. Blue & Gold Banquet, Scouting for Food, Communications, etc.). This person should make certain that ALL parents have completed Committee Interest surveys so that they are on at least one committee. It is also their job to work with each committee chairman to make sure they know what to do and carry out their committee’s work.
