What does the COMMITS NexGen incumbency policy mean?
COMMITS NexGen incumbent contractors with a current COMMITS NexGen contract may compete in any tier for a task order previously awarded under COMMITS NexGen, regardless of Life Cycle Value provided the following criteria are met: • Incumbent contractor has an active COMMITS NexGen contract • Existing project for which incumbency status is claimed was awarded on a COMMITS NexGen task order • Project for which incumbency status is claimed was not awarded pursuant to a Fair Opportunity Exception Back to Top For Industry Partners
