What does the client need to bring to the appointment for sample collection?

In order to identify the person being tested, each person will need to bring the following: Adult: A picture ID, such as driver’s license, passport or state issued ID. Child: Birth Certificate (crib card) or Social Security card is available. A photo is required and will be taken of each person at the time of the sample collection to further insure the correct and accurate identification of the individuals being tested. Next Day results are also available if requested.
