What does the CHF Canada Board of Directors do?
The Board sets CHF Canadas priorities, exercises financial oversight, and hires/ supervises the Executive Director. Directors serve two-year terms, with one-half of the Board being elected each year. The Board meets at least four times a year, three times in Ottawa, and once in the city where the annual meeting is held. The President of the Ontario Council and the chair of CHFCanadas Federations Committee attend Board meetings, but do not vote.
