What does the check-in area look like?
Upon arrival in Krakow, you can either phone our office to arrange a check-in time or you can come directly to our office during office hours. We recommend our airport/ train station pickup service. The taxi would take you to the apartment where you would meet our representative. Check-in is after 13:00, although you may be able to check in earlier if someone checks out before 11:00 or if the apartment was empty on the previous night. In the case of late arrivals (after 20:00 during the week or after 17:00 on the weekend) please call us before to set up an appointment.
