What does the Charges Last Month section mean?
This section shows charges incurred during the previous month but not previously billed. If there were no charges, this section will not appear on your eBill. There are various types of charges that could be included here such as data top-ups, dial up usage & domain registration, etc. If you changed from one plan to another, the effects of this change will appear here as well (For more detail on this refer to the FAQ ‘I upgraded/downgraded this past month, what do all the plan charge amounts mean?’ below). New customers: On your 1st eBill a plan charge will be shown which covers your first partial month of service. This covers the period from when service was first activated until the end of that calendar month. Onward plan charges are billed one month in advance. So your 1st eBill will also show a charge for the next full month plan charge (in the ‘Charges This Month’ section). Phone customers: This section will include any toll calls you made last month.
