If you use a desktop client to download your messages from a supported provider, your messages are no longer CertifiedEmail. CertifiedEmail currently only works with webmail clients. When CertifiedVideo (or CertifiedEmail) messages are downloaded, the user’s mail client treats them as regular HTML email.
