Although we do not have a designated section for veterans at this time, we have over 700 veterans buried throughout the park. We keep detailed records of veteran burials and work with local groups to place flags on every grave twice a year. We also host the annual, community-wide Memorial Day Service on our grounds. We work with families to prepare and file the basic forms for obtaining a memorial bronze for each veteran (if desired). Out of honor and respect, we fly our flag at half-staff whenever a veteran is buried. Upon request, service branch flags will also be flown in honor of a deceased veteran. If I purchase additional items now (like a bronze marker, a burial vault or the opening & closing fee) can I sell these things later if I move to another location? Yes, but it is the owners responsibility to advertise and find a buyer; the cemetery does not act as an agent for you. Everything except a bronze marker bearing a family members name can be sold.
