A. Carnival armbands can be purchased in advance or at the Katy Rice Harvest Festival. Armbands are available for $20.00/daily for Saturday and Sunday. The armbands are good for one day and for all rides. A special $15 wristband is available for Friday night only. Friday night carnival wristbands are only available from the carnival and are not available for advance purchase..
