What does the BLM do at Campbell Tract?
: The Campbell Tract is an administrative site used by the BLM’s Anchorage Field Office and certain BLM State Office branches. The Tract houses adminstrative offices, a warehouse, shops, communication sites, an active airstrip and heliport, and the Campbell Creek Science Center. The airstrip is available for use in emergencies and for agency use. The open space at Campbell Tract is managed as an outdoor classroom for the Science Center and for non-motorized recreational use.
